What is Emotional Transformation Therapy?

Emotional Transformation Therapy (ETT) is a scientific process that uses light and color to shift how a person feels. By talking briefly about distress, whether emotional or physical, while exposing one’s eyes to colors that correspond with those emotions and with the areas in the body experiencing discomfort, and by adjusting the angle at which light enters the eyes, what the person feels changes.

ETT® can offer relief and resolutions for a variety of conditions…

  • Acute Trauma and PTSD

  • Depression

  • Anxiety Disorders

  • Addiction - Both substance and behavioral addictions

  • Couples Therapy

  • Spiritual and Religious Issues

  • Somatic Conditions - Chronic physical pain, accident recovery, stress components of illness

  • Obsessive Compulsive Disorder

  • Adult ADD and ADHD

  • Some types of brain injury

  • Sleep Disorders

There is a clear advantage to ETT® over conventional talk therapies by addressing conditions like trauma and addictions that often stem from unconscious areas of the brain. Unlike traditional verbal methods, ETT® is uniquely equipped to access the underlying drivers, motives, trauma, and emotions contributing to unwanted symptoms that lead to transformative change.

This experiential therapeutic approach is most effective when clients engage emotionally in the process.

It's important to note that ETT® can bring about swift and profound changes beyond what many anticipate. As a result, it might surpass preconceived notions of possibility. It's not uncommon for clients to express surprise or skepticism, asking questions like "Is this real?" or "How is this change even possible?" Such responses are normal and signal the need for adjustment in understanding the remarkable outcomes ETT® can facilitate.

While the research and results of ETT® are astounding, it is important to note that ETT® is not a “silver bullet” solution. It requires a solid rapport between client and therapist, established on mutual understanding, positive regard, trust, and empathy. With this baseline, ETT can help clients address and resolve conditions quickly and effectively.
